We've heard you would like to take myZOO with you while you are out and about, so we've made myZOO available on your Optus Mobile. Get the same great personalised content on both your computer and your mobile phone, or choose different content for each device to make it truly about you.
Easier personalistion
We've heard you wanted a homepage that you didn't have to keep signing in to, and that remembered your personalisation preferences. So the new myZOO homepage will remind you to sign-in if you make changes and will allow you to stay signed in rather than having to sign-in each time. You can also use either your Optus email address or your Optus Mobile number to sign-in.

We've heard you like to have all your favourite brands in one place, so we've got content from all the best places, including your favourite news and entertainment from News.com.au, SMH and The Age, ABC and ninemsn. Where has the old myZOO portal gone?The myZOO portal produced with ninemsn has been retired and replaced by the new Optus provided myZOO.
What has happened to my preferences?
If you have personalised myZOO your preferences will be available on the new homepage when you sign-in and register.
Why do I have to register?
When you login and register, we check your preferences from the old myZOO and make them available, if you want to have them displayed on the new portal. If you are new to myZOO registering enables you to save changes.
What about my Windows Live ID I obtained from the old portal?
If you still use your @optusnet.com.au Windows Live ID for msn services it will continue to work unless you instruct msn to cancel it.
How do I get to the mobile version of the myZOO homepage?
On either a WAP or WEB enabled handset, use your browser and go to the www.optuszoo.com.au address. There you will see the mobile version of the myZOO homepage, it has similar features and content as your PC version.
I'm a Small Business customer, what do I do?
Small Business users of the site can go to the new site at http://mybiz.optus.com.au or will be directed there when they sign-in on the homepage.
