myZOO/myBIZ Homepage

Take control of your very own myZOO or myBIZ homepage. Design it, colour it, fill it with what you want. Make it yours.

Tailor your homepage with News, Weather, Sport and Stocks. Add RSS feeds, hook up to Disney Connection, check the TV guide and your horoscope, view world times and see what's at the movies. It's simply up to you!

Homepage Header

At the top of every myZOO or myBIZ page are helpful shortcuts. The Header section lets you quickly navigate to the most popular categories, such as search, Webmail and Help.


Modules and Content Categories

Access a wide range 'general topic' content categories and changeable modules. Each category (news, weather, entertainment, business & finance, etc) is regularly updated so you get the latest available information.


Personalising Your Content

You don't have to be like everyone else, so why should your homepage? Easily choose what content modules to display and their layout. Don't like the default colour scheme? No worries. Choose your favourite colour. It's your homepage.


Sign In to Personalise

Signing in means you will be able to save changes you make to your myZOO or myBIZ homepage.

1. Sign In

You can sign in two different ways:

  • Enter your Optus Mobile Number and Password in the fields provided at the top left of your screen

    OR

  • Enter your Member Services Username and Password in the fields provided at the top left of your screen. Your Username is the first part of your Optus Email Address, for example, john.citizen in john.citizen@optusnet.com.au.

2. Sign Up

If this is your first time signing in to myZOO or myBIZ, then click the Sign Up link to set up your myZOO or myBIZ account.


Trouble Logging In?

If you are having trouble signing into the myZOO or myBIZ web site, please check the following:
  1. You are using a valid Optus Internet Username and Password. Your Username is the first part of your Optus Email Address, eg: john.citizen in john.citizen@optusnet.com.au

    OR

  2. You are using a valid Optus Mobile Phone number and Password.

Forgotten your Optus Mobile Number Password? Reset your password at http://www.optuszoo.com.au/passwordreset

If you have an Optus Mobile Number and do not have a password, please go to http://www.optuszoo.com.au/register to register for myZOO or http://mybiz.optus.com.au/register to register for myBIZ.
